Yesterday and Today
Yesterday
Yesterday was parenting bliss.
At 8:15 PM, that was my report to my husband.
No attitudes.
Lots of laughter.
We were productive, peaceful, and playful.
This is a fun season of parenthood and maybe I’ll share my wisdom.
Today
Today was not parenting bliss.
At 8:23 AM, today was already difficult.
All attitudes.
Lots of tears.
We were stubborn, combative, and annoyed.
This is a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad season of parenthood and maybe my parenting skills need a serious tune up.
